Contact form and enquiries. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), and any project details you provide (including uploaded CAD files). This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.

Server log files. Our web host automatically records: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request, and IP address. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person and is not combined with other data sources.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary session data may be stored temporarily.

Processing of enquiry data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Server log data is processed under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the request and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, or as required by applicable retention obligations (typically 10 years under German commercial law). Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your data is processed by Knoova ImEx GmbH and, where required to fulfill your order, shared with the manufacturing partner HTS Co. Ltd. in Suzhou, China, under an appropriate data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Because our manufacturing operations are based in China, project data (including CAD files and technical specifications) may be transferred to HTS Co. Ltd., Suzhou. This transfer is covered by a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
