Not every mold runs polypropylene. This one runs flour, starch and salt — a food-grade kibble line built around a material with a narrower processing window than any plastic.
The solution fully accounts for the impact of raw materials on the system:
Unlike conventional plastics, these materials have a unique molding temperature with a narrow processing window. We utilize flexible heaters (patch-style heaters) to ensure balanced temperature distribution and reduce carbonization.
The salt content is highly corrosive. Therefore, the system is built with corrosion-resistant materials, and the runners feature a special coating to ensure optimal molding stability.
